one precinct roof garden

Located on the 4th floor of One Precinct, Bayan Lepas. The 9700 sqft space flanked by office blocks on both sides is reserved as the roof garden to provide a green pocket within the building. The project brief included requirements for seatings and planting boxes to create a leisure environment for the building inhabitants.
