Located in One Precinct, Bayan Lepas, AGSS is a lively and fun workplace combining functionality and relaxation to create a suitable work atmosphere. The management of Airasia believes in openness and sharing of ideas, thus the office has an open space and open desk concept to enhance teamwork and creative interaction. The entire office space has minimum glass partitions to allow visual connectivity and unobstructed views. To encourage free movement, spontaneous encounters and flexible use of spaces, a diversity of collaborative spaces was created throughout the office. The design of the new Airasia office seeks to embody and celebrate the culture of Airasia and create a conducive workspace for everyone.
